Seiradi Wines Launching Event

In the idyllic surroundings of Paros Island, Seiradi Wines celebrated its debut with a two-day launch event on May 24th and 25th, 2023. This prestigious occasion marked the brand’s introduction to the wine industry, drawing in an audience of industry professionals, wine merchants, sellers, and journalists.

Day 1 – May 24, 2023

The event began with a welcoming cheese pairing, courtesy of the Paros Farming Community. This appetizing start introduced guests to the local flavors and traditions that Seiradi Wines proudly embraces.
Attendees were then invited to explore the winery’s facilities and its venerable cellars, offering a unique insight into the intricate winemaking process and the rich history of the winery.

As the day transitioned into evening, the Paros Park amphitheater became the venue for a remarkable wine tasting event. Under the captivating hues of the setting Paros sun, the tasting, curated by renowned wine editor Simos Georgopoulos and our head winemaker Dimitris Mansolas, offered an unforgettable experience. Guests indulged in a selection of Seiradi’s finest wines, each carefully chosen to showcase the depth and character of our portfolio. The expertise of Simos Georgopoulos, combined with Dimitris Mansolas’s deep understanding of our wines, created a tasting experience that was both enlightening and delightful, perfectly complementing the scenic beauty of the amphitheater.

The day culminated in a dinner crafted by the acclaimed chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos, hosted in Monastiri's Restaurant. This gastronomic event highlighted the harmonious relationship between Seiradi wines and fine cuisine, providing guests with first-hand experience of the exceptional pairing qualities of our wines.

Day 2 – May 25, 2023

Day Two and the attendees had the chance to delve deeper into the heart of Seiradi Wines’ ethos and winemaking philosophy. Under the expert guidance of Dimitris Mansolas, guests embarked on a journey through the diverse terroirs of Paros. This exploratory tour showcased a variety of vineyards, each distinct in altitude and setting, offering a vivid tapestry of the island’s rich viticultural landscape. As they traversed the rolling hills and picturesque vineyards, attendees gained a profound understanding of the intricate relationship between terroir and the character of Seiradi Wines. Dimitris Mansolas, narrated the story of each vineyard, explaining how the unique combination of soil, climate, and elevation contributes to the distinct flavors and aromas of our wines.
