Grape varietal composition: Mandilaria 100%
Yield: 11 tn/Ha

Vinification: 4-day pre-fermentation extraction in an antioxidant environment and at a temperature of 10°C. Afterwards, alcoholic fermentation with daily must recycling is taking place at 20°C.

Aging: Malolactic fermentation, stirring the lees (battonage) once a week for six months in stainless-steel tank.

Ideal consumption window: 1-5 years

Organoleptic Description: Medium-bodied red with purple reflections. Fruity bouquet, with dominant red currants and sour cherries, gradually joined by notes of tomato leaves. Distinct acidity on the edge of the mouth, balanced by the warmth of alcohol and the refined phenolic volume. Long aftertaste with fruity aroma
