Immersing oneself in Seiradi Rosé feels akin to a serene walk during the first blush of dawn. As the world slowly awakens, whispers of blueberries serenade the senses, later enveloped by the playful flirtation of strawberries and cherries.

On the palate, it dances gracefully, a harmonious ballet of acidity and warmth, with tannins sculpting a lingering ode. The journey concludes with an unexpected embrace, a savory touch of tomato paste, reminiscent of summer days long gone.

Grape varietal composition:
Monemvassia 70%, Mandilaria 30%
Yield: 11 tn/Ha

Vinification: Co-vinification of the two varieties, direct pressing of the destemmed grapes, controlled must turbidity, fermentation temperature 14°C.

Aging: Stirring the lees (battonage) once a week for three months in stainless-steel tank

Ideal consumption window: 1-3 years

Organoleptic Description: Light pink color with salmon pink reflections. Bouquet of blueberries gradually embraced by strawberry and cherry aromas. Tasting shows the balance between acidity and alcohol, while the discreet and sculpted tannins add length and volume towards the finish. The aftertaste follows the aromatic pattern on the “first nose”, but here it is enriched with notes of tomato paste.
